To become a training center where people can be trained in the specific fields, identified by our clients, in order to assist our clients in providing the services they require.
Annalien van Wyk worked for an accounting practice for 7 years where she did her practical training while studying part-time. She qualified as a Professional Accountant in February 2008. In March 2009 her dream became a reality when she started her own practice.
Wave Breaking Accountants CC was started on the 3rd of March 2009. A home office was created in Westville, in the Durban area, with one laptop and two desks. Fortunately, Cecilia Erasmus was on board from the start. She deals with all admin duties, answering the phone, placing advertisements and liaisons with the clients.
In 2021, Annalien branched out by working in commerce and part of this was to move to Potchefstroom. In 2024 she decided to dedicate all her time to Wave Breaking Accountants again. Therefore, we are proud to announce that we now have a branch in the greater Durban area as well as in Potchefstroom. We pride ourselves in being able to serve you equally proficient in either Afrikaans or English. Annalien and Gert are both members of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants, Registered Tax Practitioners with SARS and Commissioners of Oaths.
